What we collect

When you email us

If you send us a brief or get in touch, we get whatever you include: usually your name, email address, job title, company, and details about the campaign or client. Please don't send us sensitive personal information we haven't asked for.

When you visit the website

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information for each request (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site running and secure. We don't use this to identify you.

How we use it, and why we're allowed to

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (or Addendum) to keep it protected.
